Although anti-aging is without question desirable, and at least considered by some as possible, un-aging or age reversal would obviously be even better, yet with a few exceptions, it’s considered as impossible. That just happens to be something I believe I have been able to accomplish for over 20 years now. If I can do it, there’s no reason to believe that others can’t as well. In order to effectively reverse the aging process, there are some things we need to consider. Read more
Our body has tremendous restorative potential, and it can quite easily become either our best friend or our worst enemy. It basically depends on whether we are our body’s best friend or worst enemy. Our body does everything within its power to maintain our health and continue to keep us alive. If we subject our body to many more enemies than friends, we are destined to lose the battle. We can’t send our soldiers to war with inferior weaponry and somehow expect to be victorious. Read more
Cholesterol is not actually the proverbial enemy we are led to believe, by the very industry that benefits from the tremendous profits they provide, or the statements made by the doctors on their payroll. Cholesterol actually has many uses in both the body and brain. We get only 20% of our cholesterol from the diet, and the liver produces the other 80% as the need arises. Cholesterol is necessary for producing many important hormones, as well as the bile salts in the liver. Read more
Are you possibly one of the millions of victims who have fallen prey to the very deceptive, highly profitable, elevated cholesterol scam? If you are taking a statin (cholesterol lowering) medication, the answer is an astounding yes! My recommendation: Get off them immediately, before they do any more damage. Read more
Although in my book Antidepressants, Antipsychotics, and Stimulants – Dangerous Drugs on Trial (2007) I focus primarily on the many dangers associated with the “mindaltering drugs”, that’s not where the danger ends. All drugs pose a risk, yet there is one characteristic in particular that sets the mind-altering drugs apart from all the others. It’s their ability to alter your brain, and thus your thoughts, and do so in an unnatural and unhealthy way, (sometimes permanently)! People have been known to do things that were totally out of character for them, things that they later admit they would never have considered doing, had they been in their “right mind”. Read more
Irrespective of what a particular clinical diagnosis might possibly be, drugs are in my opinion, seldom (if ever) an appropriate solution for treating depression. I am convinced that, (in women especially), it is often a hormonal imbalance, which is quite easily resolved with proper treatment. Just supplying a few supplements to eliminate any nutritional deficiency is normally adequate to resolve depression. Read more
What if we decided to actually tackle the true source of our problem: That millions of adults, (and more recently even our children), are unnecessarily being placed on psychiatric drugs that are proven to be dangerous. The true source of the problem is the very companies that both produce and aggressively promote these dangerous drugs to both doctors, and to their patients. Read more
The following was extracted from the 2007 book, “Antidepressants, Antipsychotics, and Stimulants – Dangerous Drugs on Trial, ”
In 2006, the governor of New Jersey signed legislation, requiring health care professionals who provide prenatal care, to educate women about postpartum depression (PPD), and see that new mothers receive treatment for the disorder. Read more
Psychiatry is not, and likely never will be, an exact science. It involves a lot of opinions, which often vary considerably, even between the psychiatrists themselves. Where do their opinions come from, we might ask? They are mostly based on their own personal religious and ethical values or beliefs, combined with their professor’s opinions, along with that of the authors in their college texts. It has absolutely no scientific basis, but instead an unproven theory, and thus we have a lot of varying opinions that can, at times be outright dangerous to their patients. The greatest concern is when they are our children. Read more
There’s a concerted all-out effort, orchestrated by Big PhRMA, with the full support of the FDA, to basically legislate Natural Practitioners out of business, and take away your free access to supplements in sufficient strength to be truly effective. According to Gwen Olsen, the ex-pharmaceutical rep, insider-turned-informer, “The FDA and the drug companies are working very hard to eliminate the competition of natural health care. Right before I left the pharmaceutical industry we were told that, ‘If we can’t beat them, we’ll buy them… If we can’t buy them, we’ll put them out of business.’” Read more
We must learn to think outside the box. Unfortunately, that’s something doctors are not encouraged to do in medical school. If they did, they would discover what I did many years ago. Most traditionally trained doctors (even those who graduated from some of the most prestigious institutions in the nation) all too often just go with the flow. Thus, they are not learning to become independent thinkers. Read more
It appears that our greatest challenge will be finding a source of sustained funding, to assure that every single person will have access to quality health care. Cost-effective healthcare and quality healthcare are actually co-dependent. Only by focusing on disease prevention, and avoiding any unnecessary highly inflated medications that deplete nutrients and contribute to poor health, can that goal possibly be achievable. Read more
I believe we can all concur that we have become an instant-gratification society. Many people are living for today and borrowing on the future. Inevitably, the future will arrive and so will the day of reckoning when we will be forced to pay the piper, so to speak. No matter what our station in life might be, we all are required to live by the same set of rules. Read more
It’s an undisputable fact that medications are known to create a depletion, (and thus a deficiency) of nutrients, critical to our health. And it stands to reason that the more medications you are taking, the greater the deficiency you will experience, and the worse your health will become. It’s also quite easy to prove that the majority of medications most people are being placed on by their doctors, were just prescribed to treat symptoms that are basically side effects of their other medications. One thing I have discovered from decades of research is that one doctor or scientist can be 100% correct on some issues, and dead wrong on others, and it often has very little to do with his credentials. I won’t mention any names, but give an example. Read more
Our primary objective should be to prevent any corruption what so ever in the industry. The higher the standards maintained by the natural health industry, the more likely the confidence of the general public can be restored. Once they become aware of the underlying corruption that is so prevalent in the current healthcare system of promoting dangerous and ineffective drugs, they would likely be skeptical of any sign of corruption or misrepresentation. It doesn’t make a lot of sense to have an agency established to regulate the approval of drugs, when the very same company that is seeking their approval, is allowed to conduct the study on the drug’s effectiveness and safety. It makes even less sense when the majority of the agency’s income is actually derived from the fees paid by the companies that benefit from their approval. You might say that the FDA is actually employed by the very companies seeking their approval, (basically their employee). Read more

We are currently on a collision course in medicine, and my objective is to bring about a renaissance in medicine. We have turned a blind eye, and chose to ignore obvious corruption within our healthcare system, for too long. With profit as the primary objective, promoted and manipulated by the most profitable industry in the world, medicine has basically become dysfunctional. The most effective therapies are often ignored, if the profit potential is inadequate, or could potentially replace a current therapy, proven more profitable, even if it’s less effective. Read more
It seems as though pharmaceutical giants have this insatiable appetite for more and more of our dollars, no matter what our cost both physically and mentally might possibly be. It appears that the impetus stems from the CEO’s salary, which is normally contingent on the company’s bottom line. On a recent PBS news report, they showed the CEO of Pfizer, (who appeared very pleased), stating that his annual salary was $50 million a year. Read more
We absolutely must stand up to the pharmaceutical giants who have been the driving force behind the corruption of medicine, and the excessive cost of our healthcare, for decades. They have very aggressively and quite successfully promoted their “highly profitable” drugs far too long. In order to better understand just how profitable these drugs really are, we will now look at what the non-profit organization Life Extension Foundation’s research uncovered (Life Extension Magazine, April 2002 issue, p. 15), as follows. There are currently two types of healthcare to choose from. The one being the least utilized today is referred to as “Functional Medicine”, which is currently not covered by your medical insurance, (an obvious deterrent). Unfortunately, at this time it’s an option that only the wealthy can afford, (if they happen to be aware of its potential). In the long term, it’s “much less expensive” – just don’t expect your insurance company to be of any help. The objective of Functional Medicine is to devote considerably more time evaluating the patient initially, from several different perspectives. Read more
“According to the FDA, more than 2 million serious adverse drug reactions occur each year, and adverse drug reactions are the fourth-leading cause of death, responsible for about 100,000 deaths each year.” – USA Today, March 19, 2008. Due to the current rapidly evolving global economy, as a nation we are now experiencing an everincreasing threat to our industry. Read more
Millions of Americans have very productive mornings; catching up on emails and voicemails, attending meetings, and completing projects left over from the day before. Then the clock strikes noon, and they head to lunch. Following lunch they return to their offices, often feeling tired, drained, and less-than-productive. While the morning may have been filled with productivity, the afternoon slump has set in and they wonder where their energy went. Read more
